How do I join?
Budget Direct Rewards is by invitation only. If you hold two insurance policies with us, you will automatically qualify. For full terms, visit here.

Do I need an email address to use the program?
Yes, you must supply Budget Direct a valid email address.

Where can I find my membership details?
Login or register for an online account and navigate to Rewards. Your membership details will comprise of your email address and a password.

How do I activate my membership?
• Online
1. Sign in or register to Policy Manager and select 'Rewards'
2. Locate your membership details (ie. Member Number and One-time pin as shown in your online account
3. Go to Setup.

• Budget Direct Rewards App
1. Download the Budget Direct Rewards app via the App Store or Google Play
2. Enter  your membership details (ie. Member Number and One-time PIN as shown in your online account

• Phone
You cannot activate your membership via phone at this time.

My membership details don’t work?

Using your Rewards

I’m eligible for the rewards program but have not been invited to join — what now?
If you have two or more insurance policies with us but haven’t yet been invited to join, please contact us. If you only recently purchased a second policy, please allow up to 48 hours to process your membership.

Where can I download the app?
The app is free and available on Google Play or the App Store. Search for Budget Direct Rewards. Data usage fees may apply.

Do I receive a membership card?
A physical card is not issued to members, instead use our digital card on the app or website.

I’ve forgotten my password?
Login or register for an online account to view your password. You may also retrieve and reset your password via the Budget Direct Rewards Website.

How long does my membership last?
Your membership starts on the day you activate and is valid for 12 months. Provided you hold two insurance policies with us, your membership will continue. We will also notify you on your eligibility prior to your 12 month review date. For full terms, visit here.

What if I cancel a policy and end up with less than two?
If you cancel a Budget Direct insurance policy and fall below the minimum two policies required to be a rewards program member, your membership will continue until your review date. For full terms, visit here.

What if I leave Budget Direct?
If you cancel all your Budget Direct insurance policies, your membership will continue until your review date. For full terms, visit here.

I don’t own a smartphone – can I still use the rewards program?
If you don’t have a smartphone (Android or iOS), you’ll still be able to access a limited number of discounts and other deals via our website when logged in. A smartphone would give you access to all the potential savings.

My discount was not honoured – what now?
In the unlikely event a discount or deal is not honoured by a merchant, please contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.

Why am I unable to print vouchers from the Budget Direct Rewards website?
This is often to do with your web browser settings.
To be able to print Vouchers:
• you must be logged in to the site
• you must have ‘pop ups’ enabled on your web browser
• you must have ‘cookies’ enabled on your web browser

I have another person listed on my insurance policy – can they use the Budget Direct Rewards?
Usage is exclusive to the invited Budget Direct customer.
